Private party, up to 10 guests of your choosing. FULL PACKAGE inclusions: -Virtual invitations -Fully equipped tea party -Fully tailored menu & catered food selection, for an additional cost -Interactive play activities -Dress up station -Goodie bag for each guest -Crown or sash for the birthday boy or girl *Studio space is included in this package* Studio dates will have to be confirmed with Hudson & Co studio, before final booking. *Please contact us for guests of 10 children or more*
Cancellation Policy
If any changes need to be made to your party plan, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges. Expected guest count at time of booking is what will be calculated in the final cost, unless otherwise discussed *72 hours* in advance. No call/no show warrants no refund and full amount will be owed. Arriving late will cut into your party time and may result in additional charges if your party has to be prolonged. The $100 booking fee/deposit is non-refundable and will not be accredited in lieu of cancellation, no matter the notice. Example: If you book a party of 10 guests and only 6 arrive on the day of the event, your final cost is still the total cost quoted.
